REFUND POLICY (DROPSHIPPING)
RETURNS
Because Guzzy store operates on a dropshipping model, we do not keep products in stock.
Returns are accepted only under the conditions listed below.
You must contact us within [7–14] days of receiving your item to be eligible.
ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You received a damaged item
You received the wrong item
Your item arrived defective
Your order was never delivered
Photo or video proof is required for all claims.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or variant chosen
Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
Items marked as Final Sale
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund has been approved but not received:
Check your bank or card provider
Processing time may take 5–10 business days
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Refunds will not be issued for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.
